Lunch: Cucumbers & Salad with Tilapia (Last Night's Left Overs) Dressing, Maple Groves
Dinner: Steamed Kale and Chicken Breast
(Made a Double Batch, so Lunch Will be Left Overs, Easy)
Result: 3LBS Lost
