VLCD Day 4:


Lunch: This was awesome (and filling). Made using my Egg Rings, 3 Egg Whites in one, 1 Whole egg in another (as per protocol), Roasted Asparagus with a squeeze of lemon, Yum :)




Dinner: Extra Lean Chicken Chilli (No Beans)

Result: Lost 1Lbs
